When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days after being placed or at the date that you specify for us to ship the order (You have the ability to choose the date for us to ship it on a calendar picker. This is not the delivery date. It is the day we will ship the order). We cannot guarantee a certain day at which the package is to arrive, so please order accordingly, to our shipping rates.
We have 2 shipping rates: USPS First Class (4 - 7 business days delivery) and USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days delivery). USPS delivers packages Monday-Saturday. We use carrier-calculated shipping rates, meaning USPS will estimate how many business days it will take for your package to arrive once it is shipped. Their estimates may not always be correct, so please be aware of this. Unforeseen delays are possible.
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
All customers get an automatic email sent to them after a purchase is made. If you did not get the email, please make sure that **mailorderbrick@gmail.com** is on your email's "safelist" and that the emails are not going into your SPAM folder.
Do You Put A Receipt In The Package?
We never include any receipts, invoices, etc., in the package. It's just one brick!
How Can I Track My Order?
All orders include a USPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive once the order has shipped. Please click the link in the email or go to www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to see where your order currently is in the shipping route. You can also track your order on our website at www.MailOrderBrick.com.
Can My Order Be Delivered On an Exact Date?
No, we cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day as shipping times vary depending on location. However, you can specify which day you would like us to ship the order. This can be any date in the future. This is not the delivery day, it is the day we will ship the order. You will still have to wait for the shipping times based on our available shipping options.
Custom Brick Shipping/Fulfillment
Our custom bricks require 3-5 days for production and a couple of days for shipping. The shipping speed is based on the shipping option you choose at checkout (USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail). You may get the tracking email ("order shipped") first, before the items are shipped, so it may take a couple of days to see the tracking status updated. Bricks are shipped from our warehouse, so if you purchase multiple items in the same order, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive multiple tracking emails.

My Brick Did Not Arrive With My Other Orders
If you purchase any other products, such as flowers or merchandise, along with your brick order, please note that these items may be shipped from different locations. As a result, your brick order may arrive separately from other products. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.

Can I Change The Shipping Address?
You must email us to change the shipping address, as this cannot be done through the checkout process. Please email us immediately at mailorderbrick@gmail.com with your order number and the new shipping address, and we'll assist you with the update.
Do You Offer Shipping Protection?
We now offer shipping insurance on your brick orders! This is an optional service available at checkout for just $0.98 per order. It covers lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. If you have any other questions about shipping protection, feel free to reach out to us!
Do You Offer Discounted Rates for Bulk Orders for Corporate or Event Gifting?

Will The Person Receiving The Brick Know That I Sent It?
That’s completely up to you! We can keep your gift anonymous, and we will never display your shipping address on the package. The recipient will only see our address as the return address. If you want the recipient to know it’s from you, simply include your name in the message, like "With love, John." Otherwise, you can leave it anonymous!
What Type of Package Will My Order Arrive In?
Your brick will arrive in a protective package, either in a padded envelope or a sturdy box, depending on the size of your order. We ensure that your brick arrives safely and securely!
What Type of Message Can I Send?
We allow all kinds of fun and creative messages on your brick! However, we do not accept hateful, harmful, or threatening messages. Any such message will lead to the cancellation of your order or a request to change it. Let's keep things positive!
What Type of Image Can I Upload?
If you're customizing your brick with an image, we allow fun and lighthearted designs! However, we do not accept images that include nudity, offensive material, or anything harmful or threatening. If your image doesn't meet our guidelines, we will reach out to you for a replacement.
Can I Edit My Message/Image, Even If I've Already Placed My Order?
Yes! If your order has not yet shipped, feel free to email us with any changes to your message or image, and we'll update it for you. If you've received the "order shipped" email, it’s likely too late to make changes, but we'll do our best to assist you if possible.
Can My Message Be Anonymous?
Yes, your message can be anonymous! Simply leave your name off the message, and we will send it without revealing your identity. However, we will not process orders with harassing or threatening messages. If we receive complaints about your message, we may disclose your identity to resolve any issues.
Is My Return Address On The Package That Is Going To My Recipient?
No. We only show Mail Order Brick's return address on the package, and the shipping address will be the recipient's address (not yours!).
Do You Do Drawings?
We do not do custom drawings, but if you include an emoji in your message, we’ll do our best to creatively include it on your brick’s design!
Can I Ship A Brick Outside Of The U.S.?
Yes! We ship internationally. Please visit our website for more details on international shipping options and the countries we currently serve.
Whose Shipping Address and Email Do I Enter At Checkout?
At Mail Order Brick, please enter the RECIPIENT'S shipping address, so the brick can be sent to them (unless you are sending it to yourself!). Also, make sure to enter YOUR email address in the order confirmation section. If you use the recipient's email, they will receive the confirmation email and know about the surprise!
Do you ship to American Army Bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)?
Yes, we do! Please make sure to enter the shipping address correctly so that it arrives to the right place.
Where Do I Enter My Brick Message?
On the product page, you'll find a section that says "Enter your custom message here." Make sure to include your message so we can process your order. If you're ordering a custom brick, an image upload is optional. You can simply add a message or both!
How Many Words Can Fit On My Brick?
We have a 180 character limit for messages on bricks. Why? Because we want to ensure the message fits nicely on the brick for readability!
How Do I Order a Custom Brick?
Simply add the item to your cart and provide your custom message and/or image on the product page. Don't forget to enter YOUR email and the RECIPIENT'S shipping address to complete your order.
***Please note that we do not process orders if they include threatening messages or images that will scare or harass people. If someone emails us saying that they feel threatened by your message or image and demands to know who sent them a brick, we may reveal your identity. This is on a case-by-case basis.
