When Will My Order Arrive?
We will ship your order within 4 business days of purchase.
After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to your location and carrier factors.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase and shipped within 4 business days.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard shipping on all Mail Order Brick orders. Currently, shipping is free for all orders.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the carrier’s tracking portal.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
Can I Change The Shipping Address?
You must email us immediately at Mail Order Brick with your order number and new shipping address to request a change. This cannot be done through checkout.
Custom Brick Orders Shipping/Fulfillment
Custom brick orders, including any personalized messages or logos, require 3–5 business days for production. Shipping time will depend on the standard shipping option. If you order other items along with your custom brick, they may be shipped separately with different tracking emails.
Gift Orders Shipping/Fulfillment
If you're sending a brick as a gift, please allow 3–5 business days for production. Estimated shipping times are based on the standard shipping option. Multiple gift items may be shipped separately with separate tracking emails.
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
All customers receive an automatic email after purchase. If you did not get the email, please make sure Mail Order Brick is on your email’s safelist and check your SPAM folder.
Do You Put A Receipt In The Package?
We never include receipts, invoices, or other paperwork in the package. It's just one brick!
Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from Utah.
***Please note that we do not process orders if they include threatening messages or images that will scare or harass people. If someone emails us saying that they feel threatened by your message or image and demands to know who sent them a brick, we may reveal your identity. This is on a case-by-case basis.
